A growing urban fashion brand in London needed an online store that could keep up with its ambitions.
Beyond selling premium apparel, they wanted marketing built in: loyalty, referrals, coupons and a dashboard their own team could run day to day.
The challenge
Out-of-the-box e-commerce could not handle the promotions they had in mind, including a multi-tier loyalty programme and a highly customised referral system.
All of it had to sit behind a polished storefront that matched the brand's premium streetwear look.
The solution
What we built
We extended WooCommerce with custom plugins to build the store and its marketing engine.
Loyalty and referral engine
Custom reward and referral logic that rewards repeat customers and turns them into advocates.
Marketing suite
Dynamic coupon generation and an admin dashboard the brand's marketing team runs themselves.
Checkout and shipping
Secure payments and automated shipping integrations for end-to-end fulfilment.
Brand-led design
A responsive storefront designed around the brand's urban, premium aesthetic.
The outcome

- Simpler operationsOne dashboard, plus automated payments and shipping, streamlined both fulfilment and marketing.
The stack
